                About Tree...

                Running since 1980, Tree is one of nada's longest-running literary events, and an essential part of Ottawa's vibrant literary community.


                Tree takes place...

                ... at Happy Goat Coffee, 35 Laurel St, 1 block northwest of Gladstone & Preston.
                ... on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
                ... free of charge. A hat is passed for donations.
                ... with lots of free parking, easy access to #11 and #14 busses, or a 10 minute walk from Bayview station.

                Jean Van Loon’s first poetry collection Building on River was published by Cormorant Books in April 2018. Her stories, poems, and reviews have appeared in literary magazines in the US and nada and in Journey Prize Stories 19.

                Sarah Feldman

                The Half-Life of Oracles charts with lucidity and intensity the cross-pollination of memory and myth.
                Sarah Feldman’s poems have appeared in numerous literary journals and anthologies, including Literary Review of nada, The New Quarterly and Undercurrents: New Voices in nadian Poetry. Her first collection, The Half-Life of Oracles, was published by Fitzhenry and Whiteside in Fall 2018. She is currently working on a PhD in Philosophy at the University of Ottawa.
